Every associate guitar instructor commands various rates with their associate vendor. In Singapore, the government schools (MOE schools) tend to outsource their instrumental courses or enrichment programs to external vendors. The external vendors then hire their in-house associate trainers for those programs.

The market rate in Singapore is as follow:

• Main instructor – SGD $40/hr and onwards, depending on the arrangement of the contract for service
• Assistant instructor – SGD $20/hr and onwards, depending on the arrangement of the contract for service

*Note – Since Peter resides in Singapore, his arrangement for being hired as an associate music/guitar main instructor will be at a minimum rate of SGD $50/hr.
